Overview

Cedar & Iron delivers principled, relationship-based support through a structured tier system designed to match the depth of presence, trust, and coordination each client and family needs. Rather than offering a menu of disconnected services, we operate through intentional tiers that reflect the client’s level of independence, family capacity, and the emotional or logistical load present in the home.

Each tier builds on the last—not by increasing tasks, but by deepening trust, involvement, and strategic presence.

This section outlines the logic and value behind each tier, the rhythms and activities that define them, and the emotional and practical outcomes they deliver. Pricing, flexibility, and add-on services are grounded in this tiered structure—not hourly metrics.

We do not serve based on what we do. We serve based on who we are to the client: a steady, respectful presence that adapts as life shifts.

Add-On Services

Cedar & Iron does not offer à la carte or hourly add-on services outside of the Peace, Care, or Legacy Plans. This is intentional.

Our model is built on trust, consistency, and relationship—not one-off transactions. When deeper or more frequent support is needed, it’s a sign to revisit the tier of service, not to tack on extras. This protects clarity for the family and continuity for the client.

If a special or one-time project arises—like moving a piece of furniture, prepping for a guest, or handling an urgent fix—we’ll help identify a trusted resource, coordinate if needed, and ensure it aligns with the client’s preferences. Our goal is to make life easier, not more fragmented.

All support remains rooted in stewardship, not task-tracking.
