Cedar & Iron is not a caregiving or handyman service. It is a principled, relationship-based presence rooted in trust, emotional safety, and light-touch stewardship. This scope ensures consistency, protects boundaries, and reinforces your role as a trusted extension of the family—not an on-call fixer.

Scope of Services (Included Activities)

Services vary slightly by tier (Peace, Care, Legacy) but follow the same core structure. All activities fall within these domains:

1. Presence & Observation

• In-home visits (AM or PM blocks, not hourly)
• Check-ins on client mood, routine, surroundings
• Gentle wellness accountability (food, hygiene, routine)

2. Environmental Oversight

• Visual home safety observations
• Light household tasks (mail sorting, light bulb, tightening screws)
• Organization help (closets, pantry, drawers)
• Light tech help (remotes, phones, passwords, printer, etc.)

3. Communication & Relational Support

• Monthly family updates (written)
• Wellness check-in calls (Care/Legacy only)
• Preparedness nudges (key locations, account access, etc.)
• Legacy story recording or memory collection (Legacy tier)

4. Coordination & Advocacy

• Vendor scheduling (plumber, appliance tech)
