Cedar & Iron services vary by subscription tier but always remain within defined non-medical boundaries. The following list is designed to avoid confusion, protect the client, and maintain trust.
Included Services (Depending on Tier)
- Presence-based support and check-ins
- Light organization, mail sorting, pantry/med checks
- Safety observations, minor home adjustments (e.g. loose rug, cabinet hinge)
- Vendor oversight or follow-up (e.g. calling contractor, scheduling visit)
- Ride support (Care and Legacy only, with prior consent)
- Legacy and life documentation (Legacy tier)
- Routine family summaries, concerns flagged with dignity
- Personal touches (gifts, cards, special attention)
Not Included (Always Out of Scope)
- Administering medications or physical care
- Diagnosing health or mental decline
- Climbing ladders, lifting heavy items, or physical labor
- Signing legal documents or acting as fiduciary
- Managing finances or passwords
- Legal, tax, or insurance advising
- Supervising contractors or completing home repairs
